There was an American Spirit Rally 2012 route visiting-round. Sorry for all foreign viewers taht the video clip is only in Lithuanian language. Summary: the route length of 100 miles, 20 control task photos, two-time control points, two specific tasks (their number may vary). Participants will receive the legend (it will be in 3 languages: Lithuanian, English, Russian). Participants tasks: overcoming the route according to legend, do all tasks and arrive in time to the time control points (not too early or too late). American Spirit Rally is not fast, it old-timer style. Route exit speed is limited movement is permitted only in accordance with the road rules. Participants must have a photo camera. We recommend to use a Lithuanian road map. 95% of the route is paved road, about 5 miles - unpaved and forest roads. Two Chrysler 300 M’s traveled the route. One of them, the Chrysler 300 M Special, is quite low (about 10 cm of ride height). Because of unpaved and forest roads we do not recommend to participate in rally for all lower cars. Visiting-round took 5 hours and 45 minutes including our dinner.

On 11. August 2012 the participants of American Spirit 2012 will see the most spectacular stuntriding show on a motorbike. The performer of the show is the multiple winner of Europe and Baltic States stuntriding championships Arunas Gibieža.
We all could enjoy the tricks of Arunas already in the show of 2011. He has just returned from the World Championship where he took the 2nd place. Now Arunas is preparing a special show in a pair with Kotryna. They both will perform the tricks on the same bike at the same time.
Stuntriding is a branch of acrobatic motorcycle sport with plenty of tricks and show elements.
Therefore a stuntrider can be described as a virtuoso on an „iron horse“. Excellent skills, maximal use of motorbike’s technical qualities and show elements guarantee a stunning spectacle. Stuntriding professionals are able to perform tricks that even experienced stuntmans could only dream of. For example, a stuntrider can easily ride several hundred meters on the back or the first wheel of a motorbike at 150 km/h speed. And this is only one of the extensive elements. On 2. August, 2012 is a closing the candidates registration for „BEST OF SHOW“ and „RALLY“. On 6. August, 2012 we will announce the final candidates list of the contest and the rally participants list.
The candidates included to the final list will receive additional materials. The „Best of Show“ candidates will receive the car fencing columns, description cards, refereeing schedule, special stickers. The “Rally” participants will receive the legends, special stickers, start and finish schedule.
Attention! The registration for the “Best of Show” and “Rally” categories will be closend on 2nd August. After this date the registration will be not possible. There will be no possibility to register to both categories during the event. Please hurry up and fill in the registration form on time. Please also be reminded, that the candidates included to the “Best of Show” and “Rally” final lists will receive additional 2 free tickets for the viewers.
After 2nd August the will be no possibility to receive club discounts. If you would like to receive the additional discounts for the club, please hurry up. Please check the the club registration order here.
On 6. August, 2012 is a closing the advance registration. Registered participants, who will not pay for the registration invoice until the 6. August, 2012 24:00, will lose the possibility to pay the special advance price. These participants will receive certificates with the full price and the possibility to pay for it on the events day.

The BEST OF SHOW registration is closed now. On 6. August we will announce the final participants list. All the chosen candidates will receive a BEST OF SHOW participant certificate by e-mail. Please check the participant and the BEST OF SHOW candidate lists before 5th August. 9-12 august 2012 - "American Spirit" Palangas (Leedu)kõik muidu tore, veider maitse jäi suhu vaid korraldajate kutsest istuda lava juures pikka lauda. oma jooke pikka lauda ei lubatud, samas, kui lubatud jookide lett kanget ei müünud ja lahjatki taheti vaid kohaliku sularaha eest müüa. ei vaja vist eraldi mainimist, et jäänud meist (ja paljudest teistestki) see pika laua osa istumata. plastmassraha osas oli naljakas veel seik, et soovides majutusasutuse söögikohas kaardiga maksta, oli iga kaardimakse hinnaks 20 kohalikku elik 5 millegagi jewrot. nelja inimese asjad korraga makstes võis selle veel kuidagi alla neelata, üksi oleks vast külma arve palunud kirjutada.

9-12 august 2012 - "American Spirit" Palangas (Leedu)See oli nn laagriala, kus oleks ilmselt pidanud korraldajate lootustes paljupalju rahvast öhtul olema.
Aga laupäeval Palangas statoili taga toimunud nö väljanäitusel ja hääletamisel oli nii rahvast kui autosid juba suht soliidselt, bändid mängisid jne.
Minuarust polnud paha, eks see oli ju ette teada et leedukad ntx meile veel ürituste poolest järgi pole jöudnud.
Ise esimest aastat seal, ja ilmselt katsun ka järgmine kord minna.
Eks need uuemad chryslerid on paratamatus, sest neis riikides ringi liikudes muud usa-auto laadset nagu ei näe naljalt.
Loomulikult peaks ettepaneku tegema kuhugi et neid usakateks ei loetaks, a siis jääks sealmaal üritused ilmselt päris lahjaks
